Natamycin has many advantages: prolonging the shelf life of food, preventing deterioration caused by yeast and mold; the national standard GB2760 specifies the scope and dosage of natamycin: cheese, meat products, broth, Western-style ham, Cantonese-style moon cakes, Pastry surface, etc., spray or soak with 200-300mg/kg suspension. The residual amount should be less than 10mg/kg. |
